Submission Form
The Submission Form is the medium of communication between the project team and Certified Assessor(s). They are used to explain to the Certified Assessor(s) how the project has met the credit requirements, and explain how the documentation uploaded supports credit compliance.
An example is provided below, with guidance on how to complete submission forms effectively.

To complete the Submission Forms, project teams must upload a Submission Template or Calculator and their supporting evidence.

The Submission Templates can be downloaded from the Green Star resources portal. Submission Templates are grouped on a credit level but must be attached to all the targeted credit criteria in the Online Submission Portal.
Below is an example of the Industry Development Submission Template.
Refer to How to upload a Submission Template? [NEW] ✨ for instructions on ways to upload a Submission Template.

Calculators must be uploaded via the Calculators page. Offline calculators can be downloaded from the Green Star resources portal.
Refer to How to use offline calculators? [NEW] ✨ for instructions on how to upload the offline calculators.
Results for the targeted performance levels will be displayed in the Submission Form when the calculator has been uploaded successfully.
